Items purchased on our site by local clients have the same processing time 2-3 business days (not including weekends). However, we do have a delivery service that is offered and available for our clients in South Florida and surrounding areas. This local shipping service is offered as long as the selected items are in stock and will be delivered to you personally at the location of your preference. These items are required to be paid using cash or a debit/credit card upon receipt. For more information regarding our local delivery service, please contact us during normal business hours 9am-7pm at (877) 556-9055 for delivery times and availability. If you are local and placed your order online it MUST be shipped.
All orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS. Shipping is flat rate which means it will take 2-7 business days in the mail. A tracking number will be sent once your order is processed. A signature can be required on your order per request by emailing your name and order number. Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen items. It takes approximately 3-5 business days and 1-2 business days for Express Shipping once your order has been processed. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
International orders typically take up to 8-10 business days for delivery and are shipped via USPS. Virgin City Hair Extensions reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method at any time. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. All orders received after 5 PM EST will begin production the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
