Exchanges: If there is a problem with the order once it is received, you agree to contact Virgin City Hair Collection within 2 days of receiving your order and exchanges may be done within 4 business days from the date the product was received. The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition with tags and packaging included. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns. Please inspect your products upon receipt because Federal Law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. Products classified as used are: tags removed, hair brushed, hair combed, hair washed, hair blow-dryed, hair dyed, damaged). Please note that all Closures and Frontals are FINAL SALE. Virgin City Hair Collection will not replace your closure and frontals if they have been installed, dyed or tampered with. Our virgin human hair comes in the original state of the donor’s hair. This color is normally closest to a 1B for comparison purposes. However, the hair can be colored to your desired preference.
Our virgin human hair weighs 3.5oz per bundle. It really depends on the volume you desire whether your personal preference is thinness or thickness. However, our bundle recommendations are below:
12″-16″ : 2-3 Bundles
18″-20″ : 4-5 Bundles
If the hair is longer than 20 inches, it usually requires 4-5+ Bundles. However, with our raw hair extensions usually 2-3 Bundles would suffice for a full install.
With proper maintenance and care, our virgin human hair should have little to no shedding. Although our wefts are very secured, we recommend gently detangling your hair from the ends to the root. Our virgin human hair does not tangle.
With proper care and maintenance, our virgin human hair can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years or more. Our raw hair will last 3-5 years or more. To ensure you are protecting your investment, we have provided a hair care instruction page on our website with tips.
